It was not always like this for me. Like many of you reading this, I struggled hard for years for ways to lose weight that would result for me a rapid and healthy weight loss. I tried all manner of weight loss plans, fad diets, starving myself, pounding away at the gym, just about everything without any lasting results. I would lose some weight and gradually gaining it all back. All the weight loss plans seemed to be ineffective! I reached 240 pounds, making me clinically obese! I finally decided to do something about this.

I was tired of being obese, tired of constantly fighting my weight. I had to find out what I was doing wrong. I did extensive research, which given the information overload out there on ways to lose weight and the countless weight loss plans, it was hard to find real reliable information, and most weight loss information in mainstream media and so-called "fitness magazines" is garbage. I researched and experimented, and in November of 2006, decided to
launch my own weight loss plan based on my research.

Even after six weeks on my weight loss plan, I continued to lose weight until I finally leveled off at 160 pounds, 4 months after I began! I had succeeded in losing 80 pounds in only 4 months, going from being medically obese to having an athletic physique!
